Charlie Trotter Goat Cheese Dip

Blend
8oz  Goat Cheese
4oz  Cream Cheese
Mold into log

Mix
4oz          Chopped sun dried tomatoes
3T            Julienne Fresh Basil Leaves
2T            Olive Oil
1T            Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tsp       Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper

Baste
Whole rounds of Pita Bread with olive oil and grill until brown and scored.
Salt with coarse salt and slice into wedges.
Pour Mix over cheese log and serve at room temperature.
